2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Timeliness: While we strive to be punctual, unexpected delays may occur. We will notify you promptly if we are running late.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates: We provide estimates for all services. Estimates are based on the initial assessment and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the service.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

  • Deposits: Some services may require a deposit. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

4. Service Guarantee

  • Warranty: We offer a 1 year warranty on labor and materials provided by IdaFlow Plumbing, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, alterations, or repairs by others.

5. Liability

  • Damage: IdaFlow Plumbing is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, damages caused by third parties, or issues arising from materials or products supplied by the customer.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IdaFlow Plumbing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services.

6. Use of Materials

  • Supplies: We use high-quality materials for all services. If you prefer to supply your own materials, please inform us in advance. We are not responsible for the performance of customer-supplied materials.

  • Waste Disposal: Disposal of old parts and materials is included in our service, unless otherwise specified.
